Zen and the Art of Solution Focused Practice.
Quite an old phrase I stole from many pieces of literature with the idea of Zen as simplicity and elegance, living in the here and now without the materialistic 21st Century constructs.
I particularly liked the similarities with the beginners mind of SF practice, the openness and assumptions that the client's description of reality shall be taken as so.
I have always believed that to be truthful to your client you have to be a mindful practitioner and clear your mind of preconceptions, except of course that the client is inherently resourceful and competent!
