Moving from abstract to reality

Recently switched on to the process of using the miracle questioning style and best hopes questions to move from the abstract goal “Be more happy” to noticing what they will notice will they be doing different, a new reality asking "...and what else?" times infinity.

Also when the answer is “I will not be (as sad, as drunk, as angry)” we could ask “So you will not be (sad, drunk, angry) what will you be doing instead?"
