My SF interests

I have immersed myself into the Solution Focused approach since 2006 when I first received my training. Since then I have recognized the elegance and strengths of this novel approach.

I have presented at a UKASFP conference on the subject of Zen and SF approaches as well as writing an article for Solution News on the same topic.

I have developed and currently manage the Solution Focused Approaches website on behalf of the North Staffordshire's SF Community.

I am currently receiving further training at the Brief therapy centre London and hope to apply for their certificate and Diploma in Brief Solution Focused therapy.

Much of the research and literature I read focuses on the evidence behind Solution Focused practice, however much of my interest is focused on the meta analysis of "What works..." in successful therapy and case management and not purely SF work. I take particular interest in the work of Hubble Miller and Duncan such as The Heroic Client, What's right with you and Escape from Babel.
