What makes a good SF community?

From my experience, creating open and collaborative community with good respectful relationships and communication, focusing on what works with the way people have conversations, share ideas. Using a vaiety of communication facilities, using social media .

Repectful ,open, honest, complimenting people, sharing success, promoting creativity are all features of an sf community.

There of course needs to be a purpose for the community, or a range of purposes, practices that forms the drive for collaboration. A good sf community facitlitaor will have the ability to support, focus and compliment on a range of purposes developed by the members.

Good leadership in an SF community is someone who co-constructs, co-develops the community with its members. The sf community facilitator will be a leader however not in the traditional sense of someone who directs and moderates the community but instead uses sf ideas such as complimenting, celebrating, is open to ideas, recognises goals and resources within the community and loves the creative spark in people, nurturing creativity.

The first edition (well actually it's a revamp) has a special Solution focused approaches theme and as part of Staffordshire's solution focused community of practice I'm pleased to see a little content from myself.
