Just a quick note to reflect on the conference and my hosted workshop aka conversation. As expected from a solution focused conference we had many inspiring discussions and meetings of minds. My conversation attracted well above the maximum number of participants which was a joy to witness. We spoke about using sf in problem focused organisations and the default application of problem focused pre and post test assessments such as the BDI. We shared ideas of how on the one hand we can stick to the agenda of measuring dysfuntion but keeping the actual sf work as a distinct different procedure. I have begun to hold a enrollment session before starting group sessions to separate one agenda from another with quite profound affects. We were also introduced to the CORE assessment which may be more sf centric. @
