Are we mindfully aware of solutions?

A simple and clearly set out question about how we sometimes apply the same techniques to a given problem!

"If you always do what you have always done you will get what you always got!"

How do we change what we have always done?

How do we recognise the same 'patterns' when they are buried deep in the daily activities we do?

Do we need to seek a helper to ask SF questions, to look for times when solutions worked well.

How do we know ourselves what has worked well, how do we measure?

There are plenty of tools to use, however it seems the crucial focus is on the variations of the solution attempts (however subtle) and fluctuations of the degree of problem that gives us the easily accessible keys.

Being mindfully aware of the moment by moment experiences can teach us much about the almost unconcious actions we take, the solution attempts, and help us to bring about closer awareness of the consequences, did it work well enough?
